(c'est important qu'il ne soient pas trop gros car la cuisson n'est pas très longue). </div>

Réserver. </div>

Préchauffer le four à 180°C. </div>

Séparer les blancs d'œufs des jaunes. </div>

Dans un saladier, </div>

battre les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse </div>

puis ajouter la farine + la levure. </div>

Ajouter ensuite le beurre fondu, le lait et la pincée de sel. </div>

Monter les blancs d'œufs en neige ferme</div>

et les incorporer à leur tour dans le saladier, sans les casser. </div>

Verser le tout dans un moule à manqué beurré</div>
